Delivery and Ordering
Rocking Horse Equestrian aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, even
within the same day.
Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. However, some items may be out
of stock or special order and in this instance it could take up to 28 days to
delivery your goods.
Larger items are all sent by courier and we aim to get them to you within 1-3
days providing the item is in stock.
Standard parcels can take much longer which is reflected in the price - so
please be patient.
OOnce your items are on their way to you we will drop you a line to let you know,
so you can make arrangements.

Once we dispatch the goods we cannot be liable for any delay by post and to this
extent we will not enter into any compensation agreement due to the late
delivery of any item.

UK MAINLAND
Standard Delivery - - £3.50
Express Delivery - Next working day delivery on all orders placed by 12
noon - £6.99 (Please note services do not include weekend or bank holiday
deliveries).
NORTHERN IRELAND, REPUBLIC OF IRELAND, SCOTTISH ISLANDS, ISLE OF MAN, ISLE OF
WIGHT and the SCILLY ISLES.
Standard delivery - - £4.50
Ordering and Payment
Rocking Horse Equestrian offers secure online payments through Paypal which
accepts all major debit and credit cards. (Paypal account not necessary when
ordering through us).
If you would like to pay by cheque please make them payable to Rocking Horse
Equestrian, send to 4 Fourways Drive, Chulmleigh, North Devon EX18 7AZ.

Returns and Exchange
You are welcome to return any item purchased from Rocking Horse Equestrian
Children’s Wear either for a full refund (less postage) or for an exchange -
please follow the simple steps below to ensure a smooth, quick service.
1) You are welcome to return any items to us within 7 days of receipt of the item either for exchange or refund (less postage).
2) If you are returning an item please contact Rocking Horse Equestrian Children’s Wear by
Email
- briefly explaining the reason for the return and if you wish to have an exchange or a full refund (less postage).
3) Goods being returned must be unworn, undamaged, unsoiled, unused and presented in their original packaging with all tags still attached to the product.
4) Take your parcel to the post office and send it back to us. (We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage and ask at the post office for a signature compensate you for failure of delivery).
5) If you are returning an item because it is faulty - please contact us by
Email in order to receive a full refund or an exchange. If a refund is required then the full postage amount will also be refunded.
6) If you wish to exchange for another colour/size or style, simply send back the item you do not wish to keep. Then go online and re-order your replacement product and pay for it and we will refund the items when they arrive with us.
